Contact US Lab Partner
Who is US Lab Partner designed for?

Dental laboratory owners, managers, production teams, and operations leaders exploring backup, overflow, or wholesale production support.

Is this service for dental laboratories or individual patients?

This website is for dental laboratory partnership inquiries. US Lab Partner does not use this public inquiry process for individual patient care.

What case types may be supported?

Selected fixed, implant restorative, removable, appliance, and digital workflows may be discussed. Exact fit, materials, indications, records, and production requirements must be confirmed before work is sent.

Can we begin with one test case?

A controlled test-case path can be discussed after case fit, production details, and the appropriate submission workflow are confirmed.

Is wholesale pricing published online?

No. Relevant pricing information is shared after the laboratory's needs and practical fit are understood.

How are turnaround times determined?

Turnaround expectations depend on the case type and production workflow and must be confirmed before submission.

How are files or physical cases submitted?

The correct digital transfer or physical shipping method is confirmed after the initial fit conversation. Do not send live case material with the first inquiry.

What materials are available?

Material options and case-specific requirements must be confirmed for the selected workflow. The public site does not make blanket material or brand claims.

How is shipping handled?

Shipping arrangements, timing, responsibilities, and costs are reviewed before a case moves forward.

What happens if a case needs adjustment or remake?

Applicable adjustment, remake, and warranty terms should be confirmed and agreed before production begins.

Can ongoing overflow volume be discussed?

Yes. If the initial fit and test-case path work for both sides, recurring or larger-volume needs can be explored.

Should patient information be submitted through the inquiry form?

No. Do not submit patient-identifying information, prescriptions, scans, identifiable photographs, live case files, or protected health information through the initial form or email.

How do we request wholesale information?

Use the Request Information page or email cases@uslabpartner.com with general laboratory, case-type, volume, and timing details only.
